We offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your piece must be unworn, in pristine condition, and accompanied by all original certification, authenticity cards, and luxury packaging.

To initiate an exchange or return, please notify our dedicated client concierge team with your order details.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days following visual inspection and verification by our master jewelers. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

• Original security tag intact

Non-returnable bespoke creations:

• Custom-designed or personalized fine jewelry pieces tailored specifically to your specifications.

• Items with altered or removed gemstone certifications or altered security tags.

• Earrings or body jewelry unsealed after delivery due to stringent hygiene standards.

• Jewelry showing signs of wear, re-sizing, or damage by third-party jewelers.

Vineet Jewellers reserves the right to decline returns that fail our quality inspection or criteria.

We recommend utilizing our complimentary insured courier pickup. Vineet Jewellers is not responsible for uninsured items lost in transit prior to receipt and inspection at our facility.

Gifts

Gifts returned within 14 days will receive a Vineet Jewellers store credit equal to the purchase value, valid toward any future fine jewelry piece or bespoke commission.

Unmarked gift returns will be refunded directly to the original purchaser's account, with confidential notification provided upon receipt.
