1. Our Commitment

At Vineet Jewellers, we take great care to ensure that every piece of jewellery sold meets our standards of purity, craftsmanship, and quality before it reaches you. This policy outlines the terms under which exchanges are accepted, and is intended to ensure clarity and fairness for all our customers.

2. Exchange Policy

• Vineet Jewellers offers an exchange window of 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, as stated on the original invoice.

• Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, with all original tags, certificates, and packaging intact.

• The original invoice issued at the time of purchase must be presented for any exchange request. Exchanges cannot be processed without a valid invoice.

• All exchanged items are subject to re-verification of weight and purity by our in-house team at the time of exchange.

• The exchange value will be calculated based on the prevailing gold/silver rate on the date of exchange, along with any applicable making charges and taxes on the newly selected item.

• Any difference in value between the original item and the newly selected item must be settled at the time of exchange, either as an additional payment by the customer or as store credit, at the discretion of Vineet Jewellers.

3. No Returns or Refunds

• Vineet Jewellers does not offer monetary returns or refunds on any purchase, under any circumstances, beyond the exchange terms stated above.

• Once the 7-day exchange window has lapsed, no exchange, return, or refund request will be entertained.

4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items are not eligible for exchange under this policy:

• Customised, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery

• Items that have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged after purchase

• Items without the original invoice, certificate, or packaging

• Items purchased under a special promotional offer or clearance sale, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase

5. Old Gold Exchange (Separate Scheme)

Please note that this policy governs the exchange of jewellery already purchased from Vineet Jewellers. It is separate from our Old Gold Exchange facility, under which customers may exchange old gold jewellery (of any origin) toward a new purchase, subject to independent purity testing, valuation, and applicable deductions at the time of exchange. Terms of the Old Gold Exchange facility are communicated separately at the time of transaction.

6. Hallmarking & Certification

All BIS-hallmarked jewellery sold by Vineet Jewellers is accompanied by the applicable hallmark certification. Customers are advised to verify and retain this certification, as it may be required to process an exchange request within the eligible window.

7. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please visit our showroom at the address below within 7 days of purchase, with the item, original invoice, and any accompanying certificates.

8. Right to Amend

Vineet Jewellers reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase, as stated on the customer's invoice, shall apply to that transaction.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights available to customers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws in force in India.
